Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
How should I care for my rustic wood furniture?
To preserve the natural beauty of the wood, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. Using a high-quality beeswax polish every six months will help maintain the finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard items. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For handcrafted or custom pieces, please allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery, as each item is built to order by our artisans.
Is assembly required for your products?
Most of our larger items, such as dining tables and beds, require minor assembly to ensure safe transport. Detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included with every shipment.
