At Rustic Furniture Depot, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handcrafted pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your furniture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the return transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the package from your doorstep at a scheduled time that works for you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
